Carers can be narrowed down using a search criteria including location, qualifications, compatibility and availability. This ensures that an agency’s clientele is assigned the most appropriate people who can provide them with the best care.

The scheduling feature is dynamic and will automatically exclude anybody who is unable to carry out the required work from the selection, as well as listing them on an exceptions screen along with the reason why. This enables managers and coordinators to easily assign the most suitable staff member to each client and activity, avoiding any mishaps.
