Our dedicated support team is based at our HQ offices in High Wycombe, along with our in-house development team giving clients peace-of-mind that there is a complete team behind them, able to provide any assistance they require, when then need it. We do not do automation, ‘leave a voicemail’, or supply support through a ticketing service - our clients when requiring support get to quickly speak to a human!
Our support team is always on hand to help with anything from scheduling training sessions on the various features and functions within the software, assisting with the transfer of staff and client information, integrating accounting systems, setting up care workers within the agency and customising the software. Our team is heavily invested in development and offering the best service possible. We welcome feedback and dialogue directly from our clients to see how we can make additions and improvements to better meet their changing needs.
